Dear Con,
I would like to thank you and your amazing staff for the day we spent in Kinnitty Castle on the occasion of our wedding on Friday 31 st August 2007.
Thelma our wedding planner left no stone unturned in helping us to achieve everything that we wished for on the day. Her attention to detail and her ability to execute all plans with little fuss makes her an excellent asset for Kinnitty Castle to have.
Thanks Kathleen Mahon & her girls for setting up the hall, it looked wonderful, and your florist who on short notice helped us with finishing touches.
The food completely passed anything that we could have expected. It was spectacular. Complements and many thanks to your wonderful chef. Our guests are still talking about the meal.
The waiting staff & bar tenders were also mentioned more than a few times. The waiting staff were busy as bee’s. They were so graceful you would hardly notice that they served a five-course meal to nearly 170 people. Many thanks to the wonderful girls, many of whom I worked with. The bar tenders had their work cut out and they more than rose to the occasion.
Last but not least, Brenda, Bridget and Thomas. It goes without saying that they were so helpful and could not do enough to ensure that all our guests and us were carefully looked after. Frank your manager was around all day also for anything we needed.
Thank you Con for the welcome we received and the day will never be forgotten.
