Dear Staff at Kinnitty Castle,
We had the absolute pleasure of having our wedding at Kinnitty Castle on August 17 th
Firstly, I just want to say from the bottom of our hearts the biggest THANK YOU to you all for exceeding all of our expectations. Our day was filled with so much joy. It truly was the wedding of our dreams and this is mainly to do with the efforts of you and all of your wonderful staff.
There are a few very special people we would like to thank.
Mary Smith, we had the joy of planning our wedding with and is truly wonderful. Even through a very misfortunate accident, Mary was there to help us in any way she could which could not have been easy.
Mary’s professionalism, attention to detail and her relaxed demeanour made us feel at ease and made sure everything was all set and once again made sure we were at ease.
Brenda, Yvonne and all the reservation and front desk staff were amazing from beginning to end, always ready to help and assist with new reservations and existing reservations. All the guests loved their rooms and the great attitude of all the staff.
The kitchen staff and wait staff are truly exceptional. All of the staff we experienced, from the staff at the library bar to the Dungeon Bar to the Hall of the O’Carroll’s on our wedding day were extremely helpful, cordial and truly a breath of fresh air.
We would like to take the time to acknowledge the Banquet Chef and his team for a truly memorable meal. Our guests are still raving about the food as are we. We still have dreams of the Clonakilty Pudding. We will be back for it.
Thelma Reynolds, helped us when we first booked the wedding there and was always willing to answer any question at any time (even when she was at home). The day of the wedding she was amazing making sure everything was taken care of and that all details were taken care of. We appreciated her warmth and guidance throughout the day and into the evening.
Con Ryan, for personally taking the time to welcome us make us feel like we were at home away from home from beginning to end.
You will always have a very special place in our hearts and we will never forget the day you gave us at the beautiful Kinnitty Castle.
We hope to be back before if not for our anniversary and will personally thank you all.
