Having whet your whistle and satisifed your appetite enjoy the famous Kinnitty Session til late.
On Saturday morning enjoy a Hearty Breakfast between 8-11pm to prepare you for the exciting day ahead.
Marvel at the Sport of Kings with Falconry Jack as he explains the facts of hawking and
each person will get to experience the thril of bird on wing and on hand.

Both activities start at 12 noon and 3pm
Regroup at 7 o'clock for a champagne reception in the Drawing Room with traditional harpist.
The War Piper of the O'Carrolls will escort you to the Great Hall of the O'Carrolls for your medieval banquet.
Our host of the evening, one of the lesser chiefs of the Butlers of Ormond Clan, will rule over the music
and entertainment from the Camcor singers and the Ryan family with the finest of song, dance and music into the early hours.
